Growing up in a very female-dominated household and always passionate about current events, social issues, politics, and global affairs, Margaret was drawn to Claudia and her vision for S.H.E. Globl Media to champion #RemarkableWomen. Having joined the team in 2011, she found her niche building relationships with partners, speakers, and brands as well as helping to curate S.H.E. Summit content … and sticking her nose in editorial when she can.

Lauren is the wordsmith and calm behind SHE Globl Media, leading the company’s web and editorial efforts. She is passionate about igniting women and girls to overcome fear and build up confidence. She believes that if girls are exposed to positive role models at a young age, then they have the potential to become unstoppable forces rather than expected statistics.

Rebecca sniffs out creative strategizing sessions from miles away– she loves collaborating with smart people on a mission to improve their part of the world. With her eyes firmly on the big picture and her sleeves rolled up ready for action, Rebecca helps her clients refine concepts and bring them to life. Prior to working with startups and entrepreneurs, Rebecca spent a decade on Wall St. and the three years prior in management consultancy. Liz is an event planning superhero by day and closeted tech geek by night. Michael is an investment professional with over 15 years of experience in private equity. He was most recently a Director at Lincolnshire Management where he conducted acquisitions with $1.6 billion of capital under management. He also has extensive experience in the venture capital space from his previous tenure at Wachovia Bank, where he completed investments in over a dozen early-stage companies. Michael has served as an officer and board member for companies across a broad range of industries, including advertising, aviation, food and beverage, education, media and transportation. Mat GulinerMedia & Entertainment Specialist
Mat is the Founder and Managing Member of Black Owl Ventures, a diversified company with operating and financial interests in various consumer internet, media and entertainment properties. Prior to founding BOV, Mat was head of corporate development at Indomitable Entertainment where he assisted the company with all of its film, Broadway and digital media investments. Before Indomitable, Mat was a member of Sony Pictures corporate development team and was an active participant in setting the studio’s strategy and executing transactions for its film, television and digital media divisions. He also has experience in more traditional finance roles having spent a number of years as an analyst in investment banking at Credit Suisse and in venture capital with Archery Venture Partners and Meyer and Company. Ashley is the Editor-in-Chief of DailyCandy where she leads the editorial voice, vision, and strategy for social, web, email, mobile, and video platforms. Previously, Ashley was the Content Director for the Women and Teen Networks at Hearst Digital Media where she directed and managed the digital operations of Harpers Bazaar, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Redbook, and Seventeen magazines. During her tenure at Hearst Digital Media, the Women and Teen Networks enjoyed record traffic highs and received multiple awards and accolades for their website content and style. In her spare time, Ashley is an adjunct professor at her alma mater, New York University, where she enjoys teaching a variety of classes including Content Creation for the New Digital Attention Span, How to Write and Edit for the Web, and a Blogging Workshop. Anu is the founder of F Cubed – a $5M seed-stage fund investing in companies founded by women. Prior to this, she has been a serial entrepreneur starting in 2005 when she left her job at Zagat in NYC to start her first venture setting up India’s first wine bar, The Tasting Room, in Bombay. Following this, after completing an MBA at London Business School, Anu went on to co-found Exclusively.In, a private sale e-commerce site focused on bringing the best of South Asian fashion, jewelry, and home decor to the global audience. Asif KhanPartnerships Advisor
Asif Khan is an international development and corporate partnerships professional focused on gender equality, education and poverty alleviation, who has worked for the United Nations Foundation, the Mobile Alliance for Maternal Action (MAMA) in New York and Washington managing and creating successful partnerships with companies, foundations, bi-laterals and UN agencies.
